We've recently identified a communication issue between our Fax & SMS Servers and our Billing system which has resulted in juiced customers subscribed to Fax & SMS services receiving FREE usage since August 2008.
This is a catastrophic issue which we're in the process of correcting now. If you are subscribed to our SMS or Fax services you will notice in Augusts run of invoices that you'll be charged for June & July Fax / SMS usage, however usage prior to June we're unable to bill for.
Normal billing will be restored from next month, so unfortunately no more FREE Faxes & Texts
