How many virtual servers per physical host?

Our servers and VPS users are located within a cloud computing cluster, the cluster contains many web servers that handle only Memory, CPU and Network, the Hard Drives are located on multiple NAS (Network Attached Storage) Servers that serve only Hard Drive Spaces for the customers.
